Barefoot Media (formerly Thayer Consulting) is owned by Caitlin Thayer. The company was formed in 2009 and since then Caitlin has had the chance to work with a variety of Connecticut non-profits including the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, the Hartford Public Library, the Hartford Marathon Foundation, The Alliance for Nonprofit Growth and Opportunity, the University of Connecticut and more.

Caitlin is a member of the Hartford Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (HYPE), a partner with The Alliance for Nonprofit Growth and Opportunity (TANGO) and has been on the board of directors for Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity since April of 2012.
